Real Estate Broker
As a John L. Scott broker, my mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means I work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
Kyle Maple grew up in the real estate industry, with his father owning the most successful real estate office in Snohomish County. Before becoming a real estate agent in 2017, Kyle worked in stadium sales for the two stadiums in downtown Seattle. He was quite successful in the commission-based work selling drinks and snacks, and the work instilled a strong work ethic and passion for people seen in his work in real estate today.
Kyle is based out of the John L. Scott Mill Creek Town Center office and specializes in the Mill Creek Community Association neighborhoods. MCCA residences comprise a community of 25 single-family home neighborhoods, 15 condominium complexes, six townhouse complexes, and five apartment complexes, including the Mill Creek Retirement Community. He also enjoys working with investors and multifamily properties.
When Kyle began his career in real estate, he had the opportunity to work with a skilled mentor that showed him the ropes. The lessons learned were priceless and in turn have helped Kyle service his clients better and create a better home buying/selling experience. He aims to provide his clients with professional, responsive and reliable real estate services.
Kyle describes himself as “the typical PNW adventurer,” who enjoys spending time out in nature exploring new paths. He enjoys hiking new trails and snowboarding in his spare time and is always on the lookout for a new adventure. To give back, Kyle contributes to the Autism Society of Washington.
Mill Creek is a planned city that was originally designed around a golf course and country club. But the town has grown over the past three decades to become a vibrant community with plenty of ways to stay active and connected to neighbors. Mill Creek is about 20 miles to the north and east of Seattle, so all that the both Seattle and the east side offer are at your fingertips. And with both Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains just a short drive away, year-round activities abound. But there are so many reasons to stay put. The Mill Creek Town Center features more than 80 restaurants and shops, and it has been named Washington State’s top “lifestyle center.” Mill Creek residents and folks from nearby towns flock here for dining ranging from frozen yogurt and Starbucks to more upscale fare and wine shops, and shopping for gifts, eye glasses, groceries and more. The open air, pedestrian friendly Town Center also hosts a summer concert series, a monthly art walk, and various seasonal events throughout the year. Nature lovers take advantage of 23 miles of trails that run throughout the city. Neighborhood and community parks offer opportunities to get outside. The new Arena Sports and Entertainment center will feature indoor fields, a family entertainment center, laser tag, rock climbing, bowling, and arcade games. If you’d like to learn more about Mill Creek, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
